Note:

Instead of pre-mixing each blend, simply add a few drops of each essential oil directly to water or carrier oil, adjusting the quantities to your personal preference.

How to Use

  • Add 3–5 drops of blend to the water reservoir of your oil burner or diffuser.
  • Light a tealight beneath, breathe deeply, and set your intention.
  • Repeat daily to strengthen the scent-habit connection.

Alternative Use: Roller Bottles

Dilute your blend with a carrier oil (e.g. jojoba, sweet almond, or fractionated coconut). Add 1 part essential oils with 4–9 parts carrier oil to a roller bottle. Apply to wrists, temples, or behind the ears as part of your ritual.
