Cypress Essential Oil is rich in α-pinene, δ-3-carene, and cedrol, which contribute to its antispasmodic, vasoconstrictive, and mildly antimicrobial actions. It is commonly used to support healthy circulation, reduce the appearance of varicose veins and fluid retention, and ease muscular cramping. Its toning effect on tissues also makes it suitable for oily or congested skin when appropriately diluted.
