Gemstone Mala Bead Rosary – Black Agate | 108 Beads

This traditional mala rosary features 108 beads crafted from natural black agate. Used for japa—a meditative practice of reciting, chanting, or mentally repeating a mantra or deity’s name—this mala helps maintain focus and count during spiritual practices. According to Hindu tradition, the mala is held in the right hand, with the thumb gently moving one bead at a time while draped over the middle finger; the index finger is avoided, symbolising the transcendence of ego on the path to Self-Realisation.
