Grapefruit and Bergamot oils are rich in limonene and linalool, offering mood-brightening and stress-relieving properties. Rosemary leaf oil contains cineole and camphor, which help sharpen focus and reduce mental fatigue. Lemon oil contributes further brightness and antibacterial qualities, while Lemon Tea Tree adds a fresh, clean scent with natural purifying benefits.
Corn starch and Arrowroot root powder support the structure and slow release of essential oils, while dried rosemary leaves add a grounding botanical touch.
Place one steamer on the shower floor, out of the direct stream of water. Allow it to dissolve slowly to diffuse the aromatic oils. Not for use in baths or on skin.
